The 2010 Buffalo Run sees teams of crazy football fans from all over Europe planning to drive across two continents all the way from England to South Africa in time for next year’s World Cup.

The 2010 Buffalo Run departs London on the 2^nd May 2010 giving competing teams enough time to drive the10,000km across Africa, in a collection of old scrap yard bangers to be able to cheer on their respective countries,  providing that is, they make it all the way.

Many teams are planning on customizing their vehicles in their national footy team’s colours as they drive a third of the way around the Earth including over the vast Sahara Desert in what can only be described as either ‘utter madness’ or ‘the last great adventure’
